The One Dollar gesture Recognizer Algorithm is a two-dimensional, template based, single-stroke gesture recognition algorithm. In terms of machine learning, it is an instance-based nearest-neighbor classifier with a Euclidean scoring function, i.e., a geometric template matcher.
